Celso removed the existing insulation, sprayed for mold, and encapsulated & insulated my crawl space. Additionally, they installed a drainage mat, two condensate pumps, and a dehumidifier. I compared materials, equipment, and cost of four companies. Once assured I was comparing apples to apples for materials and equipment, Celso’s price was the best value. He was humble and honest during the site visit and proposal stage and wasn’t pushy. Celso gives you his best price straight away. Two of the other companies I considered decreased their original price by $3k and $6k once they knew competing offers existed. I have a large crawlspace (2500 square feet, 12 piers, and 18 vents) so the installation took 4 and 1/2 days.
